Blue TT000082 Questions and Answers

#1 Why won’t the Left and Right Earbud sync? Why is sound only emitting from one Earbud? What if there are 2 “XClear X1” choices on the Bluetooth page?

Complete the following process: Turn OFF Earbuds (hold MFB’s for 3-4 secs.). Turn ON Earbuds (hold MFB’s for 5 secs.). Voice prompt will say “Pairing”. White & Red LED Lights will wash slowly. Double tap MFB’s (both L/R). LED Lights will wash faster. Once LED Lights washing slows, the synching process is complete.

#2 My audio inconsistently skips. My phone is less than 2 feet away and the audio will still skip. How do i fix this?

Make sure your phone is not connected to a second Bluetooth device also. This happens to me when they connect to my car Bluetooth. When I disconnect they are fine.

#3 My charger is never showing 100% Only shows 99% And the tiny 2" inch charging cord is useless. Why do that?

Have you tried to factory reset? Or are you sure you’re plugged into a full source? I usually just charge from a USB port on my laptop. They charge quite quickly for me

#4 The earbuds works perfect in doors but when i go for a run or walk thats when i have a problem I have to always have to keep my phone to my chest for

It's not the earbuds themselves, it is the phone I think. I can jump around while the phone is sitting on a table or counter, put the phone in my pocket and the signal gets wonky...going in and out. So maybe strap the phone down better? I am not a runner but I have seen those straps people use for phones that wrap around the upper arm....that might correct the problem? Stuffing the phone in a pocket or pouch does not seem to work well. Otherwise, you might need buds that are designed specifically with exercise

#5 Case is fully charge, but earphones won’t charge. How to charge my them?

You will need to clean the contact on the earbuds from my time to time. Mines has sweat and dust block it from getting contact with the case to charge.
