#1 Why is there frost inside of the fridge covering the screws on the back wall?

The semiconductor refrigeration chip of the fridge is located behind the screw. If there is water vapor or condensation in this part, it is normal to have some icing phenomenon. When the room temperature becomes higher, the ice inside the fridge may melt. Or please try to put more stuff inside to see if it will be better.

#2 If I put an ice block or frozen bottle water, will it cooler inside if ambient room gets to 90 degrees?

Our mini fridge uses a semiconductor refrigeration chip, the internal temperature of the fridge will be affected by the environment to some extent. It can be 45°F(25 ℃) lower than the ambient temperature. Putting an ice block inside can help to get a better cooling effect to some extent
