THROTTLE LEVER
The throttle lever is located on the right
handlebar. Press the throttle lever
q
toward the
handlebar to increase engine speed and vehicle
movement. Engine speed returns to idle when
the lever is released.
This ATV is equipped with a throttle release
switch, which is designed to reduce the risk of a
frozen or stuck throttle. If the throttle cable should
stick in an open position when the operator
releases the lever, engine speed will be limited to
idle speed.
NOTE
Idle RPM is preset by the manufacturer. If the
engine idle speed is not satisfactory, please see
your POLARIS dealer or other qualified service
facility for adjustment.
