Intended Use
The intended commercial use of this machine is to aid exercise and improve general physical fitness.
Instructions

the Owner’s Manual.
CAUTION: Use only in manner depicted. To avoid serious injury, use equipment only as describe in placards
located on each machine.
All adjustment points on the machine have yellow handles or knobs.
Set Up - Consult floor staff if assistance is required
Muscles UsedMotionSet Up
Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major,
Biceps, Middle Trapezius, Rear
Deltoid, Rhomboid
Pull handles until elbows are at sides.
Adjust seat height so handles are level with
shoulders.Wheelchair users: Lift detent pin
and lock to the “out” position. Rotate seat
outward to allow access.
Adjust chest pad to allow comfortable reach
of handles.
Choose a suitable hand grip position with
hands in front of and level with shoulders.
