#1 Are reusable pods/capsules available for this machine? I can't bring myself to use something that adds more plastic to the environment.

The pods are not reusable, but they will send you a special bag to collect used pods and send them in where they will be recycled.

#2 Is it programable to make the coffee at a certain time?

No, it makes the best cup of coffee at the push of the button. There is no long wait, it brews it instantly.

#3 Can you use any ground coffee with a filter or do you have to use the pods?

Unfortunately you cannot use ground coffee with this machine. It only works with capsule.

#4 Can it eject capsules after brewing?

Yes, it pushes capsules back when you open to insert new one.

#5 Can I return this item?

I had an issue with the frother and the company replaced. I called company directly. I think you maybe able to return to amazon but time is limited and based on purchase date. If you look at your order history it will tell you.
