Each Philips whitening pen
contains whitening gel with 5.25%
Hydrogen Peroxide.
Intended Use
The Philips whitening pen is for
whitening of natural teeth only.

Instructions for Use
WARNING:
- Contains Hydrogen Perox-
ide (5.25%).
- Harmful when swallowed -
Avoid ingesting during use of
this product.
- Avoid contact with eyes as
irritation or injury may occur.
Rinse with water immediately
if this occurs.
- Keep out of reach of
children.
- Not for use by persons
under 13 years of age.
- Avoid direct contact with
gums or salivary ow. If
irritation occurs (such as
redness, swelling, or sore-
ness), discontinue use and
consult a dentist.
- Use of this product may
result in tooth sensitivity. If
this occurs, consult your
dental professional.
- Store at room temperature
(15°C-25°C / 59°F-77°F).
- Do not freeze.
Instructions for Use
1 . Remove cap from Philips
whitening pen (Fig. 1).
2 . Refresh the brush tip of Philips
whitening pen by clicking the
pen button at the opposite end,
until a small droplet is visible. You
may have to click the pen up to
20 times the rst time you use
it (Fig. 2).
3 . Brush a thin layer of whitening
gel directly onto the front surfac-
es of the teeth (Fig. 3).
4 . Replace cap when you are
nished (Fig. 4).
For the best results, brush teeth
before application and refrain
from eating or drinking for
30 minutes after application to
allow time for the gel activation.
Philips whitening pen can be used
day or night. Apply to teeth twice
daily for two weeks.
Philips whitening pen is an easy
way to maintain your bright smile
at work or on the go. Philips
whitening pen is not designed to
be a substitute for professional
teeth whitening or regular dental
care. Please visit your dentist
regularly. Philips whitening pen
will not whiten crowns, veneers,
llings or dentures.
Store this product in a cool
location out of direct sunlight.
This product’s effectiveness will
decrease as it nears its expiration
date or 6 months after it has
been initially opened.
