This will depend on how you will connect your PS4. The Ability to Control voice/chat volume will only work if you're using the USB Wireless dongle to connect to your PS4.

JBL Quantum 800 can only be used on Xbox consoles by connecting the 3.5 mm cable to your controller. Xbox controllers don't support USB headsets. This is not specific to JBL.

The EQ you set on your PC using the Quantum Engine app will not apply when you're going to use it on your mobile phone via Bluetooth.

Varying if you are using the plantronics USB adapter or going straight Bluetooth from headset to Bluetooth of PC or mobile device. Using the USB adapter it’s aprox 25 feet, using direct device to device almost 45 feet.

The JBL Quantum 800 headphones do have a separate Chat/Game audio slider located on the back on the left earcup that allows you to adjust the volume between both. Also, some consoles do have this feature built-in and this would affect the overall sound balance.
