Here are a few easy steps to guide you through pairing a new nova to your existing network:
Step 1: Unbox and plug in your new Nova MW6 node/nodes. A Blue LED will illuminate,
indicating that the power is now on.
Step 2: Turn the unit upside-down and locate the “reset” port in the upper right-hand
quadrant of the unit’s base
Step 3: Press and hold the reset button for 20 Seconds until the LED indicator changes from
Blue to White. (This must be completed for all NEW units being added to your network)
Step 4: After 60 seconds the LED indicator will change to a flashing Blue, indicating that the
unit/s are ready to be paired.
Step 5: Open the Tenda Wi-Fi App on your mobile device. At the prompt, confirm that you
wish to add the new node/s into your network. (If not prompted, repeat Step 3 and wait 60
seconds for prompt)
Congratulations! You’re now free to unplug the unit and relocate it, bearing in mind that the
optimum location is within 10 feet of an existing nova.
