Problem Solution
I have problems installing WADM or
launching WADM after installation.
• Please make sure your Operating System is either
Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4 and above, or
Windows XP.
• Please check if your PC has a virus.
• Please make sure your PC has the Microsoft
Windows Media Player installed.
Wireless upgrade of failed. Upgrade via Ethernet cable (not supplied) following
steps below:
1 Connect to your PC via an Ethernet cable (not
supplied) and power on the Station.
2 Download the firmware upgrade file specified for
