Whipped cream 100-600g cream ¡ Insert beating whisk.
¡ Add cream.
¡ Process for 1½-4minutes at set-
ting4.
Egg whites 1-8 Egg whites (room temperature) ¡ Insert beating whisk.
¡ Add egg whites.
¡ Process for 4-6minutes at set-
ting4.
Sponge mixture ¡ 2 eggs
¡ 2-3tbsp hot water
¡ 100g sugar
¡ 1tbsp vanilla extract
¡ 70g flour (sifted)
¡ 70g cornflour
¡ Baking powder (as wished)
Note:Process max. 2 times the quant-
ity at the same time.
¡ Insert beating whisk.
¡ Add all ingredients except the flour
and cornflour.
¡ Process for 4-6minutes at set-
ting4.
¡ Select setting1.
¡ Add the flour and cornflour by the
spoonful within 30-60seconds.
Cake mixture ¡ 3-4 eggs
¡ 200-250g sugar
¡ 1pinch salt
¡ 1tbsp vanilla sugar or zest of half a
lemon
¡ 200-250g butter or margarine
(room temperature)
¡ 500g flour
¡ 10g baking powder
¡ 125ml milk
Note:Process max. 1¾ times the
quantity at the same time.
¡ Insert stirring whisk.
¡ Add all ingredients.
¡ Process for 30seconds at set-
ting1.
¡ Process for 3-4minutes at set-
ting4.
