13. Move the Hi/Lo Pulley
A. To raise the Hi/Lo Pulley, simply push the Blue
Handle up along the track. The Hi/Lo Pulley
automatically locks into position.
B. To lower the Hi/Lo Pulley, lift the Blue Handle up so
it disengages from the track and then slowly lower
the Hi/Lo Pulley. Let go of the Blue Handle to lock
the Hi/Lo Pulley into position.
Step 13. Move the Hi/Lo Pulley
