#1 Can this be installed into ceiling studs? From the picture it looks like two of the holes would have to go into drywall?

It comes with some drywall inserts. I'd hit two holes in the stud and use inserts on the other two and it'll be fine.

#2 Does this come with the screws to bolt on to the projector?

You need to go to lowes and get 4 of the bolts and washers get 2 extra there only 65 cents I used 1/4 screws/bolts. If you have some bolts at home bigger cut with saw and screw in add washers you should be good to go..

#3 Can the mount twist 360 degrees? There is no mention if it can twist, and how many degrees. Any recommendations on anchors if mounted into drywall?

There is only slight adjustment for side to side. It is a slotted hole with about 1/4 inch of adjustment which is meant for fine tuning. There is a good range of adjustment up and down. I recommend toggle bolts for mounting into drywall only.
