If the vehicle is equipped with Teleservices,
support is offered through Teleservice Diag-
nosis.
Via the Central Information Display (CID):
1. "MINI Connected"
2. "MINI Assist"
3. "MINI Roadside Assistance"
The contact to the Roadside Assistance
of the manufacture is established.
A telephone number is displayed, if
needed. Select to dial the telephone
number on a connected mobile phone.
Teleservice Diagnosis
Teleservice Diagnosis enables the wireless
transmission of detailed vehicle data that is
important for vehicle diagnosis. This data is
transmitted automatically.
Teleservice Help
Depending on the country, the Teleservice
Help enables a more in-depth diagnosis of
the vehicle via wireless transmission.
You can launch Teleservice Help by re-
questing it through the Service Specialist.
1. Park the vehicle in a safe place.
2. Set the parking brake.
3. Control Display is switched on.
4. Confirm Teleservice Help.
The driving ability of the vehicle can be re-
stored for specific functions.
If this is not possible, further measures will
be initiated, for instance Roadside Assis-
tance will be informed.
Emergency Request
Intelligent emergency call
Concept
In case of an emergency, an Emergency Re-
quest can be triggered automatically by the
system or manually.
General information
Only press the SOS button in an emergency.
The Intelligent Assist system establishes a
connection with the MINI Response Center.
For technical reasons, the Emergency Re-
quest cannot be guaranteed under unfavora-
ble conditions.
