#1 Can you grind flax seeds to fine powder in it?

Your coffee grinder can be used to grind spices. However, if your coffee grinder is used to grind spices, we do not recommend grinding coffee in the same unit, or vice versa, as residual flavors may affect your coffee or spices.

#2 Can you grind eggshells?

Our coffee grinders have not been tested with eggshells so we cannot recommend that you use it in this manner. This is ideal for grinding coffee beans, nuts, and spices.

#3 i want to use this to grind coffee for a regular coffee maker nothing fancy, how long do i keep the button pressed? Say about 6 cups?

the grind time for your normal peculator would be 9 seconds, the grind time for a drip grind would be 15 seconds and and espresso grind would be 12 to 15 seconds

#4 Can you grind cinnamon sticks?

We appreciate your interest with our product. Yes, you can also grind cinnamon sticks with this grinder. Just please make sure that you will put small pieces of it into the grinder.

#5 Is the bean reservoir on this grinder metal or plastic?

Mr. Coffee Electric Coffee Bean Grinder's housing is plastic.

#6 Can I use this to make 1-2 cups of coffee?

3 tbls or 1 l/2 scoops of beans will make about 2 cups of fresh coffee.

#7 Will this grind espresso beans?

It sure will! This grinder can grind all sorts of coffee/espresso beans.
