#1 Does this model have the metal gears and gearbox, or are the plastic?

The reason why I purchased the professional is because this particular one had the metal gears. I didn't mind paying a bit more for that.

#2 Does the bowl have a lid?

No, mine did not come with a lid; however I believe that one is available. I am not positive about that though.

#3 Can I reuse the kneading hook which was not dishwasher safe, but I put it in dishwasher. Do I have to buy a new one?

The kneading hook that came with mine is made out of metal, I would say, let it dry thoroughly and if there is no damage I don't see why you can't use it, Make a small batch of Dough with it and see it works

#4 Is the licorice a matte or shiny finish?

I have that colour at home. It is absolutely beautiful imo. It is more of a matte finish with a slight gloss to it, not as shiny as the gloss black which I preferred.

#5 Are they all the same in power and attachments? Because every color is different price why?

They all have the same attachments and the same power. I believe the prices are different because some colors are more in demand than others.

#6 Does the professional model have the tilt-head feature?

I accidentally answered yes, but it actually does not have a tilt head.
