#1 I just purchased the adventurer 30 amp controller. can i use the bt 1 module with it?

Yes. On the back of the controller it will plug into the jack that looks like a phone jack.

#2 Is there a way to extend the BT range ?

Bluetooth implementations need to follow the standard to which bluetooth devices must follow.

#3 Will this work with any Renogy controller?

No, it will not. Check the Renogy web site to verify which controller models it will work with.

#4 Work with other controllers?

I can tell you that it will work with an SRNE charge controller, just about all manufacturers offer some sort of blue tooth connections for their charge controllers

#5 Customer support fancy web site. Every button eventually finishes up “add to cart”. I have a continuous connected/disconnected message on my phone?

Make sure the GPS (location) is on in order to make a stable Bluetooth connection.
