#1 How many watts does this draw? Should be on the label on the rear....

The nameplate specifies that this unit draws .6 Amps at 115 Volts. That is 69 Volt-Amps or approximately 70 watts.

#2 Do it make a lot of noise?

We have a couple in our psychotherapy offices. The units we have make no noise. Can't tell when the compressor turns on or off to cool.
