WHAT TO DO IF YOUR APPLIANCE DOES NOT WORK

– Your appliance still does not work? Contact an authorised service
centre (see the list in the service booklet).

Caution: you can purchase an accessory only when you present your
instruction leaflet or your appliance. Please keep safe for future
reference.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always unplug before cleaning.
The bowl and the accessories are dishwasher safe. The motor unit must
never be immersed into water or other liquids. Wipe the motor unit and
the mixer head with a damp cloth. Avoid using scouring powder or other
abrasive cleaners which may scratch or dull the surface. Wipe all parts
thoroughly dry before storing the kitchen machine.
IMPORTANT: NEVER IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT IN ANY KIND OF
LIQUID!
Add all ingredients to a bowl. Mix for 7 min using the kneader, from Speed
6 to maximum speed.
Let stand for 1 hour and then refrigerate until use.
Maximum quantity: 7 times the basic recipe.
