Intermediate cables
Connecting your shutter remote
1 Open the camera’s remote terminal
cover.
2 Select an intermediate cable to match
your camera's remote terminal, then
connect the intermediate cable to the
female adapter on the DSLR shutter
remote cord.
3 Insert the plug on the intermediate
cable into the remote terminal on your
camera.
4 Adjust settings on the camera. For
details, see the camera’s user manual.

Features
• Works with most DSLR cameras with
remote terminals.
• Use the shutter release button just like
the one on your camera.
• Shutter lock lets you keep the shutter
open for time exposures, or to shoot
continuously.
Cautions:
• Please insert or remove the plug carefully.
Take care to not to force it.
• Don’t forget to disable the shutter lock
function by unlocking the shutter release
button lock after shooting.

high-temperature or high-humidity
environments.

Using your shutter remote
1 Press the shutter release button
halfway for the camera to focus.
2 After the focus indication appears in
the viewnder, fully press the shutter
release button to shoot the picture.
Note: When the subject is in a dim
environment where it’s dicult to use
auto-focus, set the camera on MF
(manual focus) mode and rotate the
focus ring to focus the shot.
Shutter lock function
In B (Bulb) mode or continuous shooting
mode, shutter lock is available. To enable
it, fully press the shutter release button
and slide it in the direction of the arrow.
• When locked in B (Bulb) mode, the
camera shutter remains opened for
time exposure.
• When locked in continuous shooting
mode, the camera shutter continually
operates for continuous shooting.
