1.Lock the pulley connecting frame (8), guiding board (10), swing frame (9) on the
weight frame (5) respectively by using inner hexagon head cap screws (49), end cap
2 (50), connecting axle2 (51); Pull the bolt rod 2 (24) when install the swing frame (9);
Insert the bolt rod 2 (24) to the hole of guiding board.
