#1 Will the power cord that is in the shape of digit 8 fit the TV?

This is as per the product specification and there is nothing wrong with the TV or the power cord supplied with the TV. The rounded connector type is 100% compatible with the square-shaped inlet and it can be properly connected to the TV to switch it on.

#2 Why is the TV producing an uneven Ambilight halo effect on the backside wall?

Usually, this is a side-effect of an insufficient distance between the affected Ambilight segment and the wall. We recommend maintaining a distance of at least 10-20 cm always between the Ambilight and the wall so as to ensure an even halo effect.

#3 Why is the screen flickering or flashing during gaming mode?
