User Manual Bosch MUM6N10UC-DE White 6.5 Qt. Universal Plus Mixer

I used the Bosch with a cake mix for the first time last weekend. It turned out great. I used the cake paddles and beat on speed 3 for about two minutes. The pulse feature is good for moistening the dry ingredients in the beginning. After three or four pulses, everything's mixed and ready for beating.

This comes with a plastic bowl only.

I didn't own one 20 years ago, but i'm impressed with how well mine runs. Thick cookie dough, kneading sourdough, nothing slows it down, except the cheap plastic paddles. I break about 4-5 each year. But the motor is amazing.
