#1 Will the reverse squats section work for an individual that is 6' tall?

Yeah, I'm 6"1 and it works fine for me. I usually have to put the back rest all the way down to make room.

#2 How many weight plates (number of pieces, and total weights) does the package include? The picture did not show any weight plate.

This model does not come with weights. Weight plates will need to be purchased separately.

#3 Where are the best places to buy the benchpress bar and weights?

I ordered mine right here on amazon, and it was delivered by freight straight to my house

#4 Can you do shoulder presses on this bench?

Yes, you can perform the shoulder press exercise on this bench.

#5 Does the lower seat adjust on this bench?

What do you mean by "lower seat"? The bench has three angles. Incline, decline, and flat. The seat will also slide to fit shorter/taller people.

#6 Can this product be left and used outdoors?

This unit would be recommended for indoor use only.

#7 Can you do flat bench press other than incline press?

Yes, the bench does lay flat, inclines and declines depending on your needs

#8 Does this package come with weights and bench bar?

It does not. But you may want to order weights at the same time to ensure you don’t but an expensive clothes hanger
