Assembly Procedure
Assemble Frame
The following procedure applies to the AR3, DB3HX, and DB3LS.
1. Loosely install bolts, washers, and hex nuts securing the trays onto the frame using an 8mm Allen wrench and a 17mm socket
wrench.

3 M10 x 25mm Bolt 6
4 3/8" Flat Washer 6
5 M10 Hex Nylock Nut 6
2. Repeat step to install trays to the right frame.
3. Tighten all bolts to 20-25 (27-33 Nm).
Assemble Frame
The following procedure applies to the DB3SS.
1. Remove hex bolts, washers, and hex nuts securing saddles to top tray using a 16mm socket wrench and 17mm socket wrench.
