STEP 1 Assemble Monorail Assembly

TO EASE THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS.
DO NOT TIGHTEN BOLTS UNTIL INSTRUCTED.
1. Attach Bumper (6) to the Monorail Assembly (3) using two M6 X 10mm
Set Screws (19).
2. Attach Front Stabilizer (1) and the Foot Plate (4) to the Monorail
Assembly (3) using two M8 X 95mm Inner Hex Screws (15), two M8
Washers (23), and two M8 Nylon Nuts (24), as shown.
4. Slide Seat Pad (7) onto the Monorail Assembly (3).
3. Attach Rear Stabilizer (2) to the Monorail
Assembly (3) using two M8 X 50mm Inner Hex
Screws (17). Install two End Caps (9) to the
Rear Stabilizer (2). Tighten all screws/bolts.
