Plug the equipment’s power plug (including 2-wire devices) into the product’s outlets.
To manually turn the product off, set the power switch to OFF position. All outlets stops
providing power and both indicators go off.
After unplugging the equipment, close the sliding safety covers.
If the “Protected” indicator goes off, the built-in surge protection is no longer
functioning. Unplug all the connected devices and replace the product.
If the “Grounded” indicator goes off but power is present, unplug all the
connected devices and consult a qualified electrician to check your outlet’s
wiring.
DO NOT OVERLOAD the product’s outlets. The product can accommodate
a total equipment load of up to 15 A (1800 W) (whether plugged into a single
outlet or spread out over multiple outlets). If the load exceeds 15 A, the built-in
circuit breaker will trip and the outlets will stop providing power. In such case
reduce the load by unplugging some devices and again set the power switch
to RESET position.
Installation
The product can be installed on a wall using screws (not provided) and wall mounting holes
located on the back side of the product.
Never drill into water pipes or power lines. Use a line locator if necessary.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Risk of electric shock! To prevent electric shock, unplug before cleaning.
Risk of electric shock! During cleaning do not immerse the electrical parts
of the product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product under running
water.
To clean, wipe with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
Dry the product after cleaning.
Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to
clean the product.
Store in a cool and dry place away from children and pets, ideally in original packaging.
Avoid any vibrations and shocks.
