Intended Use
The intended commercial use of this machine is to aid exercise and improve general physical fitness.
Instructions
TIP: Read and understand all instructions and warnings prior to using this machine in the Safety section of
the Owner’s Manual.
CAUTION: Use only in manner depicted. To avoid serious injury, use equipment only as describe in placards
located on each machine.
All adjustment points on the machine have yellow handles or knobs.
Set Up - Consult floor staff if assistance is required
Muscles UsedMotionSet Up
Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major,
Biceps, Lower Trapezius,
Rhomboid
Grasp bar at shoulder width with knees under
thigh pad.
Pull bar straight down towards chest until arms
reach sides.
Adjust seat height to a comfortable position.
Wheelchair users: Lift detent pin and lock to
the “out” position. Rotate seat outward to
allow access.
Adjust handle bar to appropriate height.
Adjust thigh pad for stabilization during
exercise.
