• Press the on/off button (G). The indicator changes to red and the boiling cycle
starts.
• Once the water is boiled, the product beeps 5 times and the indicator turns green
again.
• The water is kept warm at a preset temperature for 30 minutes. During the
30 minute period the “• • •” icons flash on the display (I).
• After 30 minutes the product enters the standby mode. Indicator and display go
off.
Setting the boiling temperature
This product allows to set different temperature depending on the
type of beverage to be prepared. Some examples are shown below.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Risk of electric shock! To prevent electric shock, unplug the
product before cleaning.
Risk of electric shock! During cleaning do not immerse the
product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product or its base
under running water.
Risk of scalding! The product gets hot during and after operation.
Allow the product to cool down before cleaning and maintenance.
• To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
• Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp
utensils to clean the product.
Descaling
• Fill the product to the MAX mark with a 5-15 % vinegar solution.
• Switch on the product. Let the solution reach boiling temperature.
• Wait for approximately 15 minutes until the limescale is dissolved.
• Pour out the solution.
• Rinse the product thoroughly with fresh water.
