MAKING TEA
1. Remove tea infuser from kettle by grasping the handle of the tea infuser
and pulling upwards.
2. Add fresh, cold water to the kettle, filling it at least to the MIN line but not
above the MAX line. Place kettle securely onto base and insert plug into
an outlet.
3. Insert tea infuser into the kettle and ensure it is securely in place.
4. Flip the power switch to "I" on position to initiate boiling. The switch will
automatically flip to "O" off position when the water has boiled. Once
water has boiled, open lid and carefully add tea leaves or tea bags to the
tea infuser. Securely close the lid.
WARNING: Use extreme caution when adding tea leaves. The kettle is
very hot.
5. Tea should steep an average of 4 minutes. Steeping too long will cause
the tea to become bitter.
6. Carefully remove the infuser from the kettle by opening the lid and pulling
upwards on the infuser handle.
CAUTION: The infuser will be hot. Handle with care.
