CLEANING
The hand dryer should be cleaned daily.

the wrong cleaning method or product may invalidate your warranty.
1. Fit the cleaning cap, and wipe all surfaces with a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaner.
2. Clean the air inlet on the base of the motor bucket REGULARLY.
GENERAL ADVICE
All cleaning chemicals should be used exactly as indicated by the manufacturers
instructions (including appropriate dilution).
If a cleaning product is left on the machine for too long, a film will form.
Any chemicals intended for use should first be tested on an inconspicuous area to confirm
suitability.
Aside from cleaning chemicals, care should be taken to avoid any harmful fluids from coming
into contact with the unit, in particular oils and alcohol-based products.
Ensure that the plughole in your sink is free from blockages and that the water can drain freely.

SOLENOID REPLACEMENT GUIDELINES
It may be necessary to replace the solenoid on your hand dryer. If you suspect this is the case,
please contact the Dyson Helpline at 1-888-DYSON-AB.
When replacing the solenoid, the hand dryer must be disconnected from the mains electricity
and water supply. Failure to do so could lead to serious injury and/or damage to property.
FILTER MAINTENANCE
Regularly check the air inlet to ensure that it is free from dust and debris. Simply wiping the
inlet with a soft cloth should be sufficient to remove dust and debris.
If the air inlet gets clogged, further cleaning or a filter change might be required.
If required for high usage environments, a Dyson filter change kit provides everything needed
to change your unit’s HEPA filter on site. Contact the Dyson Helpline at 1-888-DYSON-AB for
