#1 Does this work on a door that opens inward to the right?

Yes, you can switch the side where the bolt comes out of,but you have to change a switch on the control board.

#2 Is it possible to use this on an outside gate?

I'm sure it's possible. But it may not be water proof.

#3 I set the auto lock but it starts beeping twice in every minute or so and if I disable auto lock beeping goes away, why is it beeping?

This happens to me too once in a while. Not sure why it happens, but my guess is it has something to do with the auto lock feature. If you lock the deadbolt manually then unlock it using the keypad, for me this stops it from beeping.
