#1 Can I buy just a battery?

Yes I’m told a lot of hardware stores sells battery’s for work tools

#2 Can you angle the blade? Can you angle blade so if you are on ground you can level off the top of hedge taller than you

If you can reach what you want to trim, you can trim it--but no, there is no angle adjustment

#3 How do you Sharpen blades ?

Unscrew the 7 bolts to remove the blade and with a file and about a 45 degree angle sharpness the cutting teeth.

#4 Can this be operated with one hand or do you need to have both front and back switched pushed at the same time for it to run?

Can you operate this with one hand or do you have to hold both parts to operate it?

#5 Will the 56 volt battery work on this?

No. This is made for a 20 volt battery. A 56 volt battery would probably damage it.

#6 Will this tool work with 20v black and decker battery?

I would doubt it. Manufacturers try to make their products different from other companies. The connections for the battery are probably different, and the amperage may be different as well.
