#1 When will my order come in? I purchased a wooden handle kind and no updates for a couple weeks.

My machine came in two days after order, and I also have the wooden handle version. You could try cancelling and order again.

#2 Bought two units both leaks bought from Best Buy sending the second unit back

Not really a question. Our unit doesn't leak at all.

#3 How is customer service after market?

The machine is wonderful. Unfortunately, Brim's customer service is not.

#4 Is the pressure gauge accurate and useable or is it simple decoration as some have stated in their reviews?

Functional and very accurate. You can tell the pressure phases.
