When the TV is connected to the Internet, it will check whether new software is available every 24-36 hours. If your Roku TV is not connected to the internet, software updates must be done manually by first downloading the software to your computer, copying it to a USB flash drive, and then connecting the USB flash drive to your Roku TV.

#2 Can I remove a channel that is already pre-loaded on the TV?

Yes, you can. To delete a channel:
1. Go to My Channels on your Roku.
2. Navigate to the channel you want to remove and click Options (the * symbol) on the remote.
3. Select Remove channel and click OK. The Roku TV will confirm that you want to remove the channel. Select “Remove channel” again to do so.

#3 Can I still use the TV if I don’t connect to the Internet?

Yes, you can still use the TV if it’s not connected to the Internet. The TV has a built-in tuner to enjoy free over-the-air channels with an antenna.
