Install weight bar
1. Position bar on Leg Press and insert all six Button Head Socket Cap Screws (BHSCS) through mounting plate.

2. Place washer and locknut on BHSCS and finger tighten.
3. Position carriage so that the bar is resting on lowest position.
4. Raise and lower carriage. Verify stop plates on bar are hitting stop blocks at same time at both stop positions.

5. Tighten all six BHSCS.
NOTE: If stop plates are not hitting stop plate at the same time then adjust are before tightening BHSCS.
NOTE: If bar cannot be adjusted, loosen all bolts underneath carriage and align then tighten.
Install weight tubes
1. Remove one bearing sleeve.
