All adjustment points on the machine have yellow handles or knobs.
Set Up - Consult floor staff if assistance is required

Anterior Deltoid, Middle Deltoid,
Triceps
Push handles directly upward until arms are fully
straightened.
Adjust seat so hands are slightly above
shoulders.Wheelchair users: Lift detent pin
and lock to the “out” position. Rotate seat
outward to allow access.
Choose a suitable hand grip position that
allows hands to start slightly above the
shoulders.
