THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For three years from the date of purchase, when this washer is operated and maintained according to instructions attached to or
furnished with the product, Whirlpool Corporation will pay for FSP
®
factory specified replacement parts to correct defects in materials or
workmanship. Replaced parts must be returned to a Whirlpool designated parts distributor.
SEVEN-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON TUB SUPPORT ASSEMBLY AND NON-TOP OR LID CABINET ASSEMBLY PARTS
For seven years from the date of purchase, when this washer is operated and maintained according to instructions attached to or
furnished with the product, Whirlpool Corporation will pay for the following: FSP
®
factory specified replacement of the tub support
assembly should the center post bearing or seals fail; rust-through protection on the cabinet assembly (top and lid not included).
Replaced parts must be returned to a Whirlpool designated parts distributor.
TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON OUTER TUB AND PORCELAIN BASKET
For ten years from the date of purchase, when this washer is operated and maintained according to instructions attached to or
furnished with the product, Whirlpool Corporation will pay for the following: FSP
®
factory specified replacement parts for the outer tub
should it crack or fail to contain water due to defects in materials or workmanship; the porcelain basket should it chip or rust due to
defects in material or workmanship.
Whirlpool Corporation will not pay for:
1. Service calls to correct the installation of the washer, to instruct you how to use the washer, or to replace fuses or correct wiring or
plumbing in your commercial establishment.
2. Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, acts of God, improper installation, installation not in
accordance with local electrical and plumbing codes, or use of products not approved by Whirlpool Corporation or Whirlpool
Canada Inc.
3. Any service or labor costs.
4. Replacement parts for units operated outside the United States and Canada.
5. Pickup and delivery. This product is designed to be repaired on site.
6. Repairs to parts or systems resulting from unauthorized modifications made to the appliance.
7. In Canada, travel or transportation expenses for customers who reside in remote areas.
WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION AND WHIRLPOOL CANADA INC. DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or
limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to
state or province to province.
Outside the 50 United States and Canada, this warranty does not apply. Contact your authorized Whirlpool dealer to determine
if another warranty applies.
