The intended commercial use of this machine is to aid exercise and improve general physical fitness.

All adjustment points on the machine have yellow handles or knobs.

Hamstrings
Pull down and back against ankle pad until feet
are below seat.
Adjust back pad so that when seated your
knees align with the machine's axis of rotation.
Adjust leg pad comfortably behind ankles.
Lower thigh pad to a snug position.
Grasp handles to stabilize body.
