#1 Do you have to fit the blade into a plastic piece or is the blade already attached?

Nothing is permanently attached. Everything comes apart so you can clean it. The main chopping blade slides down the bowl shaft and sit on the bottom. The slicing disks sit on the top.

#2 Can i make babaganush or Tahini with this processor ?

I assume if you could make that with a food processor than yes. We returned ours due to the metal bar being a difficult part to use and was afraid if hot liquids were used it could potentially spill when trying to lock and unlock.

#3 Do you have any blade chopper separately?

This comes with an adjusable slicing blade, a shredder , a chopping blade and a plastic mixing blade that I use for bread dough. This is a powerful small food processor that works fast and I love it.

#4 Does the build in scraper have to be installed for use, or can you remove it and still use the processor?

No, the scraper is optional.

#5 Is the lock/latch user friendly for weak or arthritic hands? Is it light weight to move from counter top to storage?

Lighter weight than my previous processor but the lock/latch might be tough for weak and arthritic hands though hardly impossible.
