OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
ADDING A FORGOTTEN DISH
A forgotten dish can be added to a running cycle
any time before the detergent dispenser has
opened. If the detergent has already been released
into the appliance, it is recommended not to add
more dishes as they will not receive adequate
cleaning.
To add a dish:
1. Open door slightly and wait a few seconds
until the wash action stops before completely
opening.
2. Add the forgotten item.
3. Close the door fi rmly to latch and press the
Start/Pause/Cancel button to resume the
program. The program will resume after a ten
second pause.
Caution: Wait until wash action completely stops
before opening the door. Hot water may splash out
of the dishwasher and can cause injury.
CHILD LOCK
The child lock will lock the control panel so that no
buttons can be pressed.
Press and hold the extra button and options button
at the same time for 3 seconds. “CL” will appear on
the display to show that the child lock is active.
Press and hold the extra button and the options
button at the same time for 3 seconds to deactivate
the child lock. “CL” will blink twice on the display
and then disappear.
TIME DELAY
A time delay can be used to set the dishwasher to
run at a later time such as over night or during off
peak hours.
To set the time delay function:
1. Press the delay button repeatedly to set the
number of hours to delay the start of the
program.
2. Each key press increases the set time by 1 hour
to a maximum of 19 hours.
3. Press the start/pause button to confi rm the
selection.
To cancel the time delay function:
Press and hold the start/pause button for 3 seconds
to cancel the time delay function.
If the dishwasher door is opened while a delay
timer is set and closed within 4 seconds, the delay
timer will continue as programmed.
If the door is open for more than 4 seconds the
delay timer will be paused. Press the start/pause
button to resume the delay timer.
