#1 Does it work on electricity ?

This is a manual elliptical machine. No electricity required to operate the unit.

#2 Does this have pre-set work out programs on the monitor?

I have only discovered that you can set a timer for how long you workout. The intensity of your workout is manually set.

#3 How can I make this wobble less?

Please make sure that everything is tightened and when is use, please stay centered on the elliptical.

#4 Whats the return policy?

They won’t even give you half of what you payed for it even if it’s sent to you broken

#5 Can someone with no ability to build things assemble this product? if so, how many hours did it take people to assemble it compelled?

I am a professional handyman with all the tools. It took me about 4 hours to build and ended up having to buy 4 correct nuts and bolts. If you're not handy I wouldn't attempt it.

#6 What is the weight of the fly weight?

The unit uses a magnetic resistance, not flywheel weight.

#7 For the knob, is each level 3 times harder or not?

It seem to become more stiff so it causes a resistance.
