Have assistance to remove your griddle from packaging.
Assemble the Upper and Lower tank hangers to the support tube.
Place the body of the griddle on its back on a non-scratch surface.
Pull back lever to unlock the legs on griddle body.
Pivot the legs out to get ready to install the bottom tray.
Pull griddle legs out
