#1 I note from the image on page 10 of the manual that the
exhaust appears to bend into the wall - is this correct? In my case I require the exhaust to vent out through the top of the chimney and into the ceiling void - can this be achieved?

We recommend you install as per installation guide however you can vent through the ceiling as long as it has at least one bend. We would suggest you speak to your fitter beforehand.

#2 Which chimney extension can I buy to go with this extractor hood please?

Part number 00704256 is 500 mm extension
Part number 00704255 is 750 mm extension

#3 Do I need to buy any mandatory parts along with this extractor hood? I have purchased this model from Currys and their site says that Extraction kit for this model is sold separately. Which is the part number for the extraction kit?

The venting kit is not supplied by ourselves. This is available from DIY retailers.

#4 Where is the cablw entry on the hood? It is not shown on the pictures . Presumably the hood fits flush to the wall so the power socket needs to be just to one side of the chimney - is that correct?

We would advise the diagram on the product page shows where the socket would be required to be located. This is located on the third last image.

#5 One of the images states that it is 768mm from the bottom of the unit to the top of the chimney when not using the chimney extension. Is that correct? And does that mean the product when assembled will measure 768mm?
