STEP 4
Insert stationary handlebar (40) into the holes of the rear decorative cover (56). Attach
stationary handlebar (40) to front post (32), tighten with 2 sets of flat washer (17) and hex
head bolt (31). Connect Upper pulse wire (53) and lower pulse wire (57).
Attach rear stationary handlebar cover (55) and front stationary handlebar cover (56) to the
front post (32), secure with 2 self tapping screw (33) which are pre-assembled on the front
decorative cover (55) and 2 cross screw (41) which are pre-assembled on the front post
(32).
