USING YOUR IMMERSION BLENDER

Before rst use, wipe clean all parts and dry carefully. Refer to the CLEANING section.
CAUTION: Blades are extremely sharp. To avoid injury, use extreme care when handling the blender shaft.
CAUTION: Before attaching or detaching the blender shaft, always check to ensure the blender is unplugged.
When blending, ensure that the Blender Body is not immersed in foods or liquids. Only the
Blender Shaft should be immersed in foods or liquids.
Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than one minute. After one minute use, unplug and let the
unit rest until it cools down before using it again.
USING THE BLENDING SHAFT
1. Insert the blending shaft into the blender body and turn counter clock-wise to lock in place.
Use the line on the blender body and the icons on the blender shaft as a guide.
2. Place ingredients to be blended in a container tall enough to avoid splashing.
3. Plug in the unit.
4. Immerse the blending shaft so the ingredients cover the blades and then select the desired
speed on the speed selection dial, as illustrated.
