#1 Can we make Hot chocolate?

Yes, you could theoretically make hot chocolate with the milk and chocolate syrup and just don't run any coffee in the machine.

#2 Does it keep the milk in the milk reservoir cold like fridge temp so you can keep milk in it safely?

No, you have to detach the milk reservoir and store it in the refrigerator.

#3 do i have to use nespresso pod?

You can use Nespresso compatible pods.

#4 Does anyone have this machine and can give me honest feedback?

Got it for Xmas. Makes great espresso if you use quality pods. I use Nespresso. Does not foam the milk, only steams it to a bit frothy. Easy to use. Quick operation after it preheats. Can adjust base to fit most coffee cups, not just for espresso shots. Have to clean milk steamer after every use. Easy to add water and milk to make your daily Java

#5 how to Cleaning the Housing?

Never immerse the machine in water or other liquids. The housing may be cleaned with a soapy, damp, nonabrasive cloth.
