#1 Are the ovens fully functional if you do not want to use wifi options? How far does the bottom rack pull out, to baste a turkey for instance? We like the look of the old interface (model PT9200SLSS), is the new one similar to use?

This is a great question! Most roller racks are partial extension racks, which means they have a single rail on each side and pull out about 3/4" of the way (approximately 11"). This new model PTS9200SNSS has a much different interface than the older PT9200SLSS, which is completely touch screen. The new model PT9200SLSS had a traditional control panel. We hope this helps!

#2 Is there a maximum temperature that can be used in these ovens?

Yes, there is a maximum temperature that can used in these ovens. The temperature range for these ovens is 170-550 degrees F.

#3 Is there an option to separately purchase an easy glide rack for use in the upper oven?

This model comes with several oven rack features. In the upper oven, there is 2 embossed rack positions that have the compatibility to hold a self-clean heavy duty offset rack or a self-clean roller rack. Both of these racks are included with the model and can be purchased for replacement as well.
We do not recommend using any other type of rack other than the suggested for compatibility purposes. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
