Yes – ASKO dishwashers are specifically designed to protect all kinds of glassware, including fine crystal glass.
Baskets are designed to hold dishes and glasses tightly in place, there's less contact with the interior metal parts of the baskets than in other dishwashers, and there's even a Crystal glass program on the machines.
Artisan glass manufacturer Orrefors has stated that it is safer to wash their products in an ASKO dishwasher than by hand.

ASKO dishwashers have several design traits that specifically make loading and unloading the machines easy – like bearing on the rails, foldable tines and inner LEDs on certain models that illuminate the machine's interior.

Some of the dishwashers' shelves are height-adjustable and the middle basket on the 50 series dishwashers is specially designed for long dishes and utensils. There's also a vase and bottle holder available.
