Never leave the appliance plugged in when not in use.

etc.) or on a soft surface such as a tea-towel.
Never place the appliance on or near hot or slippery surfaces; never leave the cord hanging over
a heat source (hotplates, gas stove, etc.).
Do not place cooking utensils on the cooking surfaces of the appliance.
Never cut food directly on the plates.
Do not use metal scourers or scouring powders to avoid damaging the cooking surface (non-stick coating).
Do not heat the appliance in vertical position.
Do not use the appliance empty.
Never leave the appliance unattended when in use.
Never immerse the appliance or power supply cord in water or any other liquid. They are not dis-
hwasher safe.
