How to connect a plug
Thewiresinthemainsleadarecolouredwiththefollowingcode:blue=
neutral(N),brown=live(L).
Asthesecoloursmaynotcorrespondwiththecolourmarkingsidentifying
theterminalsinyourplug,proceedasfollows:
• ConnectthebluewiretotheterminalmarkedNorcoloredblack.
• ConnectthebrownwiretotheterminalmarkedLorcoloredred.
• Donotconnecteitherwiretotheearthterminalintheplug,marked
E (or )orcoloredgreen(orgreenandyellow).
Beforereplacingtheplugcover,makecertainthatthecordgripisclamped
overthesheathofthelead-notsimplyoverthetwowires.
